Where to take a question

Contact and Support Boundaries

Use the WhatsApp button for a general product or catalog inquiry. Account, order, payment, refund, and parcel questions still belong with the service that handled them.

Quick answer

The floating WhatsApp button opens a general contact in a new tab. It cannot provide access to a third-party account or change an order, payment, refund, parcel, customs, or tracking record; use the official service responsible for those issues.

Available contact route

The green WhatsApp button appears in the lower-right corner of every page. It opens a prefilled greeting to the published contact number. There is no contact form or public email address on buymall.org.

Keep the first message short: name the product or category, include the relevant public link, and state the question you need answered. Do not include account credentials or payment information.

What to include in a product inquiry

Send the public product link, the exact item or category, the option you are asking about, and one clear question. If a screenshot is necessary, crop or cover account names, order numbers, addresses, payment details, and private conversations.

Never send passwords, one-time codes, card details, identity documents, account exports, or order histories. None of that is needed for a general product inquiry.
